In 1984, we set out with the goal of introducing people to new tastes in the food industry, with a different approach and a fresh perspective. We established our goals as prioritizing taste first, followed by customer satisfaction. In a short time, we achieved success with Volkan Büfe, thanks to our dedicated founder, Memet Tuncil, who worked tirelessly to leave us this legacy, enabling us to make an impact not only in Adana and Istanbul but across Turkey. With this, we turned our focus to our second objective: customer satisfaction for you, our valued customers.
